Fresh Fix turned from an idea into reality when Rafaella (founder and head chef), saw the perfect opportunity to offer clients a unique experience when it comes to their meals and eating habits.
After helping her friends prepare for physique and bodybuilding competitions she realized her own talent lay within the preparation and execution of her detailed dietary plans. Understanding the need of a large clientele and their specific requirements just meant her perseverance and business knowledge paid off and is now able to offer a full array of food products from single meals, to offices entertaining guests.
At Fresh Fix we pride ourselves on the quality of goods used and the end service the customer receives. Nothing makes us prouder than having return clients for new meals and always appreciating the fresh, high quality produce used to complete their meals

Rafaella
My passion started from a very young age, where happiness was always surrounded by food.
Coming from a background where my mom was a chef for 32 years it made me fall more in love with cooking and seeing the happiness that clients got when they had an enjoyable meal. I not only wanted to follow my mom's footsteps I wanted to create a different brand where people could get the same enjoyment out of healthy meals and hopefully destroy the reputation that healthy meals are boring and bland.
As I grew older I finally understood the importance of not only how important it is to eat good, tasty food but healthy food.
I was determined to introduce healthy meals that tasted great, that were able to encourage our clients to be determined not only to reach their desired goal but to enjoy and love the process of the food they are eating and making them fall in love with great tasty healthy meals.

Brilliant Service
Meal prep and I have never really been best of friends but thank you to my deareast friend and her amazing cooking skills, its not an issue anymore.
